I have been waiting to release this episode for many months. I interviewed the author of an excellent book on the topic of Imposter Syndrome. Highly recommend “Find Your Fierce: Interrupt Imposter Syndrome and Own Your Success” By Teresa Sande.

I really appreciated her support for each of her points in the book. She read studies, cites them, and also held hundreds of interviews.
