Customize Org to support a new business unit

Hello, I am on the first lesson “Manager User Access” in this module. I created a new playground as indicated in lesson. However, when I go to do the lesson, the “new user” page does not have the same categories for me to fill in, that are indicated in the lesson. For Ex: on my page there is a “company” category, but in lesson “company” is not listed. I am unclear of how to get to the “new user” page that matches the lesson. If anyone has insight, I would be grateful.
