The Junior Salesforce Administrator is a member of Homebound’s Sales Operations team and you will report to the Salesforce Systems Manager.

You will be joining the Sales Operations team as a source of technical expertise on all Growth systems, including but not limited to Salesforce, Hubspot, Groove, and more. The Junior Salesforce Administrator will also be a main source of support for the Growth team’s day-to-day requests.

At least 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator; or less than 1 year with one Salesforce certification.

Understanding of and experience with basic administration tasks, including but not limited to – fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.

Manage all aspects of user administration including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, and public groups

Identify opportunities for enhancement within Salesforce and across all Growth systems.

Oversee clean up and data maintenance.

Collaborate with Salesforce Systems Manager in testing new updates and documentation of system changes.

Enjoy working cross functionally (i.e., with people of a wide variety of industry expertise and experience levels).

Must be a self-starter; able to work with minimal supervision to initiate and complete tasks individually that require input from multiple sources.
